Who this policy is for
This policy explains how EZ Planning Poker handles information when you create or join a planning poker session.
What we collect
We process the display name you enter, your role, votes during a round, session activity needed to run the game, basic sponsor/affiliate impression and click counts, contact form messages you choose to send, and privacy-safe technical diagnostics such as route type, app version, browser/device information, client-side JavaScript errors, and failed API calls.
Contact and diagnostics do not intentionally include session IDs, full session URLs, passphrases, participant names, or planning votes.
Analytics
If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics to collect aggregated usage information such as page views and device/browser information. We do not intentionally send planning poker votes or passphrases to Google Analytics.
Cookies and local storage
Essential local storage is used to keep sessions usable. Optional analytics cookies are only enabled after consent. See the Cookie Policy for more detail.
How long data is kept
Live planning sessions expire after inactivity. Lightweight analytics and sponsor counters may be retained to understand usage and improve the product.
